OPPS, I'm so sorry that I have accidentally pushed that 'sent' button on my keyboard, Manager Jeffery.

Oh, just in case if you are still unaware of the dire straits you are in, I m pleased to inform you that 3 complaint letters have been lodged on you. For your information, it is sent to the uh...Swenson's headquarters?! Oh... poor lttle thing, don't cry baby.
Just one last advice for you, I guess you should learn to respect students, especially your female customers. Don't think that you are the manager so you could push your luck, we aren't women to be bullied with.

Urgh... even after 3 days since this disaster happened, I am STILL very indignant about his horrendous service.
I could feel my blood rising.

If your head don't get back to me with an apology, I shall call/ fax/emailthem! Whatever it takes to let them realise how bad your service is.
